Project Portfolio

Project 1
Interactive Visualization and Filtering of HIV Prevalence with Average Nursing Home Score

Hundreds of millions of federal dollars have been allocated for treatment and eradication HIV. The goal of this study is to look for socioeconomic factors that could give rise to more equitable allocation of funds. The results could have implications for policy makers and government agencies administering those funds. An NDA was signed so I cannot provide the repository. For further information, please contact Dr. Brianne Olivieri-Mui in the Department of Health Sciences at Northeastern University.

Project 2
PowerUp Internet Gaming Cafe Application

This application allows a user to login, and based on their location, they will be told where the nearest internet cafe is. The user can add funds, see what devices are available, and use funds to access the devices in the cafe.

Project 3
Ideal New England Trip Planner

This application allows a user to select a starting and end city in New England, and based on the user's selections, it will produce an interactive map with the shortest path between the two cities.

Project 4
Portland, Maine, Restaurant Database

I created a database using Sequel Ace in 3NF (3-normal-form) for restaurants in Portland, Maine. The database can be used to find out which restaurants are dog friendly, what type of food they have, indoor or outdoor seating, if there is a happy hour or not, and other information that can be useful when trying to decide on a place to eat.

Project 5
The EU AI Act and the Emergence of New Global Standards

The European Union recently passed the EU AI Act. It is the first major legal framework to address the use and governance of artificial intelligence

Project 6
MEMIC Internship, Summer 2024

Working as an IT Quality Assurance intern, I had the opportunity to work with manual testing methods while also exploring automated test cases with TestComplete. During my time there, I was able to help debug issues related to the automated test scripts on specific applications that were previously failing.

Project 7
Northeastern University AutoML Tool Selection Project, Fall 2024

I am currently working as the Project Manager for the Northeastern University AutoML Tool selection project. I work with the lead consultant on compiling research on the viable options available, and helping to put together deliverables for the client. I have also been in contact with vendors, explaining the scope of the project and why we want them involved. I also help ensure the project stays on track.
